February in Review

I'm happy to announce that I've kept my blogging resolution for the new year, which was to review every book I read. Right now there's only one book on my coffee table waiting to be reviewed, and I plan to post that review tomorrow.

I managed to read 8 books in February, which was 2 less than the 10 I read in January but still good progress for the year.

Here's my February list:

The Heretic Queen by Michelle Moran [reviewed here]
Mr. & Mrs. Fitzwilliam Darcy: Two Shall Become One by Sharon Lathan [reviewed here]
ShapeShifter: The Demo Tapes (Year 1) by Susan Helene Gottfried [reviewed here]
The School of Essential Ingredients by Erica Bauermeister [reviewed here]
Tomato Girl by Jayne Pupek [reviewed here]
Too Tall Alice by Barbara Worton [reviewed here]
Gold Dust on His Shirt by Irene Howard [reviewed here]
Keeping Hannah Waiting by Dave Clarke [reviewed here]

I hope I can pick up the pace! I want to crack 100 books this year. Wish me luck!

You had a really good month Anna. I can't wait to see your review for Keeping Hannah Waiting. I have that one to read too. Hope March is just as good.

Wow, you are a bullet speed reader. I wish I could do that! :D

Great Job Anna! For reading so much you still deliver when it comes to a very helpful and detailed review. Keep up the great work! :)

You're on a great pace to finish 100 books this year. I'm shooting for 150 I think.

Looks like you're making great progress and reading fantastic books along the way! I think you'll make 100!

Julie: Thanks!

Sandy: Thanks!

Dar: Ooh...I'll be keeping an eye out for your review, too. I'd wanted to post mine today, but yesterday was so hectic, I fell asleep before I could write it. I'm planning to post it on Wed.

Jeannie: You probably would read as much as me if you spent as much time on the train as I do! I honestly don't do much reading at home.

Dawn: Thanks! Your kind words are very encouraging.

Ti: Thanks!

Lenore: I can only dream about 150...well, you never know!

Meghan: Thanks! I sure hope so.

Congrats! If you've seen my February wrap-up post, you'll see I'm not doing nearly as well as you are! Good luck with the 100 book goal!

You can do it Anna! :)

I think it's great that you are keeping up with your resolution. I don't review every book I read. I wish I did but you know how that goes sometimes.

Anna, congrats on meeting your reviewing goal. I was hoping for 100 books this year too but I'm way off course already!

Congrats! Sounds like you had a great month! Glad you met your goal too :)

Good job - you can do it! So nice to meet other enthusiastic readers when the average rate is so low! I think I need to aim for 150 - 200 myself in order to clear out my TBR pile!

Wow.. What a great month! Love your February wrap up. I have Keeping Hannah Waiting also.. I am chomping to get to it! Congrats for keeping up with your resolution.

You'll make your target - although I must admit I found myself figuring out how many per month I needed to read. but then thought no - I'll just read whatever I would have without putting stress on myself!

Wow! You are doing way better than me! I have a big stack just waiting to be reviewed! I better get moving!

18 books is great! And glad that your goal of keeping up with reviews is going well so far. I have to post at least a few days after I finish a book otherwise I know I'll fall behind...and then not want to do the work!

~Serena: Thanks for having such faith in me, but I don't think I'm going to meet my March goals. But 2 500-plus page books will do that to ya.

~avisannschild: Thanks!

~Iliana: It's been tough, but so far so good. But I guess if I didn't review every book I read I wouldn't have much blog content! LOL

~Keyomi: Thanks!

~Staci: Thanks for the vote of confidence! And I'm glad you enjoy the reviews, as I enjoy writing them. :)

~Shana: Thanks! I noticed you've been MIA. Hope you get back to a regular schedule soon. We miss you!

~Ladytink: Thanks!

~Jennifer: I'd love to be able to read 200 books in one year. That would be just wonderful!

~Toni: Thanks!

~Luanne: Exactly! I have a goal, but I'm not going to break my back to achieve it. Reading is supposed to be fun, right? ;)

~Jenners: Good luck with your goal! I'm sure you can at least tame that stack.

~Trish: I hear you! I'm the same way.
