You've asked about it, and the information is finally here! Serena and I will be co-hosting another war-related reading challenge on War Through the Generations next year, and our focus will be the Vietnam War.
All the information you need to sign up can be found by clicking here.
The Vietnam War Reading Challenge will run from Jan. 1, 2010, to Dec. 31, 2010. We hope you will join us!
Meanwhile, this is the final month of the World War II Reading Challenge, and we'll be furiously adding the remaining reviews to the site. We had more than 100 participants, and you guys certainly rose to the challenge! Thank you for helping us create a site that we hope will serve as a resource over the long-term. That's right...even though the focus will switch from WWII to Vietnam, we'll continue to add links of WWII book reviews and add titles to the WWII recommended reading list. And we'll continue to do this (for WWII and the other wars we cover) as long as we keep hosting challenges.
Again, thanks to all of you who helped make our World War II Reading Challenge a success! We hope the Vietnam challenge will be even bigger and better!

Yipee! All my typing last night paid off! LOL I can't wait for you to have a computer at home again!
I did participate in the 2009 one (WWII). I have (1) more book to read in Dec. I'll think about this one too. Have fun
This sounds very interesting--I will definitely check out this challenge.
I have one more book to get to for the WWII challenge that I am hoping to read in a couple of weeks. I will have to check this one out now.
I'm all over this one~ just posted my book selections!

I have been waiting! And I am so there. I may not sign up for 10 books, like I did for WWII, just because WWII is my obsession. I have only one book in sight for Vietnam, so I will look forward to suggestions. I love your reading challenges. You do such a great job guys.
I'm seriously thinking of doing this challenge.
I'm still considering this challenge. I didn't have any specific plans to read any Vietnam books, but I'll look around and see if I can find some that appeal. I'll also be keeping an eye out for the recommendations of those who join the challenge.
There is a recommended reading list for the 2010 challenge in progress...check it out for some early selections:

I'm in! (But you know that already!)
Well you know I'll be there for this one and thanks for making it possible!
As you might have seen already, Serena posted the link to our recommended reading list. It's a work-in-progress, but a good starting point.
